WAIVER OF LIABILITY
As a participant or spectator at firearms-related activity (OR the lawful Parent/Guardian of an underage participant/spectator) l, confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and that I am fully aware of the potential risk of personal injury and/or property damage in activities involving the use and discharge of firearms.   In consideration of being allowed to be involved, as either a participant or spectator, in a shooting activity taking place on certain land (the abbreviated legal description of which is SE 1-4-22-13-W4M) on or after the date of this Waiver, I hereby RELEASE all persons involved in the organization and presentation of the said activity, as well as the owners and/or occupants of the property where such activity is being held (including, but not limited to the Executive of the Medicine Hat Rifle and Revolver Club) from any and all responsibility or liability for any personal injury or property damage sustained as a result of or in any way arising from such involvement or participation, and I personally assume and accept any and all such risk.   As the lawful Parent or Guardian of the person(s) under the age of 18 listed below (on whose behalf I am legally entitled to give a valid and binding waiver) I hereby consent to such participation by them, and RELEASE the said persons, in the same manner and to the same extend, from any and all responsibility or liability for personal injury to them or damage to their property.
