LRC December 2017 Multigun USPSA format

Location: Lincoln Rifle Club, Ormsby Action Range, Lincoln, CA 95648

This match is a 3-gun format under USPSA sanctioned rules, with 5 stages. Volunteers are needed for match setup on Wednesday, November 29th @ 2pm at the range, and will receive a $10 discount on their match fee.
Uncased long guns must be unloaded, chamber flag inserted, and carried reasonably vertical (upward or downward) or in a cart. Handguns shall only be handled at a designated safe table. Do not handle your pistol in the parking lot or you will be DQ'd per 10.5.1 and LSC 2.6 and 2.12.
The use of steel core, bi-metal, steel shot, or magnetic sensitive ammo is NOT allowed in the match. Per rule USPSA 10.5.17 or LSSC-MGD 2.12, you will be DQ'd. In addition, you will be charged the replacement cost of any damaged target props. Random checks will occur.
Be sure to sign the liability waiver at the match. No refunds after December 1, 2017 at 3:00 PM. Walk-on registration is $30 for non-members, $25 for members.

READ THIS WAIVER - LINCOLN RIFLE CLUB and JUNIOR DIVISION, INC. (150 Lincoln Blvd, #108), D.B.A. Lincoln Shooting Sports Center (1420 Sheridan Lincoln Blvd), Lincoln, CA  95648, herein known as “Club”: 

RELEASE FROM RESPONSIBILITY, WAIVER OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK FOR PARTICIPATION IN A DANGEROUS ACTIVITY.   For and in consideration of permitting THE UNDERSIGNED to participate in any CLUB sponsored activity, for the purposes of firearms use, shooting of firearms, observing the shooting of firearms, or any and all other purposes, THE UNDERSIGNED, for herself/himself, her/his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns:

1.  Hereby voluntarily releases, discharges, waives and relinquishes any and all actions or causes of action for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death occurring to the Undersigned arising as a result of engaging in or being present at activities of the CLUB;
2.  Hereby covenants not to sue and voluntarily releases, waives, discharges and relinquishes any action or cases of actions, aforesaid, which may hereafter arise for herself/himself and for her/his estate, and agrees that under no circumstances will she/he or her/his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns prosecute or present any claim for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death against the CLUB, or any of its officers, agents, servants or employees for any said causes of action whether the same shall arise by the negligence of any of said persons or otherwise.  IT IS THE INTENTION OF THE UNDERSIGNED BY THIS INSTRUMENT, TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE CLUB, OR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, SERVANTS OR EMPLOYEES, INCLUDING VOLUNTEERS, FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE;
3.  Agrees that in the event any claim for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death shall be prosecuted against CLUB, the Undersigned shall indemnify and save harmless the CLUB and any of its officers, agents, servants or employees, including volunteers, from any and all claims or causes of action by whomever or wherever made or presented for personal injuries, property damage or wrongful death; 
4.   Agrees that the foregoing release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws applicable in the State of California and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect;
5. Acknowledges that the Undersigned has been fully and completely advised of the potential for serious accidents incidental to engaging in firearm activities, and expressly agrees to assume all risks of loss, injury and property damage, and expressly agrees to assume all risks of loss, damage or injury that may be sustained by the Undersigned.

THE UNDERSIGNED HAS READ THE FOREGOING PARAGRAPHS AND VOLUNTARILY SIGNS THIS AGREEMENT BEING FULLY AWARE OF THE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF SIGNING THE WITHIN INSTRUMENT.
