Disseminate small arms firing techniques and marksmanship training methods. Encourage small arms competition among Marines, other military organizations, and civilian competitors in cooperation with the Virginia Shooting Sports Association, USA Shooting, The National Rifle Association of America (NRA), and the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP).
