About Payson Practical Pistol
We run a 4 stage USPSA/IPSC match on the first and third Saturdays of each month, with a classifier stage on the 1st Saturday.
Monthly Steel Challenge match is held on the second Saturday of the month. Matches start at 10am Oct-April, 9am May-Sept., with setup and sign-in beginning one hour earlier.
Take Hwy 87 north to mile post 248; the turn to the range is .6 miles north of MP 248. Watch for the "Jim Jones Shooting Range" sign. Turn right onto Forest Road 208, proceed approximately 2 miles, go through the range gate and make a hard left at the next gate, to the parking area at the bottom of the hill by the Pistol bays.
Match Fees: $10 TRSC Members, $15 Non-TRSC members, cash only.
