Location: AAFG Action Pistol Range, 1730 Saint Margarets Road, Annapolis, MD

Six stages, 100 rounds estimated. Bring plenty of ammo.

Show time is 9 AM sharp on the AP Range. Safety briefing at 9:30 AM, shooting starts at 10 AM and wraps up by 2 PM.

Match fee is $10 for AAFG club members and $20 for non-members, payable in cash on the day of the match. Safety Officers who work the match receive a 50% discount from the match fee.

Shooters who have never competed in IDPA or USPSA matches at AAFG are required to observe a match and take a safety class before shooting their first match at AAFG. This requirement is waived for current IDPA members classified MM or higher in any division, or current USPSA members classified 20% or higher in any division.

Shooters are expected to help set up before the match and put away props and police brass after the match ends.

Remember to keep your firearm cased until after the safety briefing. Also note the range policy that Blackhawk Serpa holsters may be used only by shooters classified Sharpshooter or higher, or sworn law enforcement officers if the Serpa is approved by their department for duty or off-duty use.

ANNE ARUNDEL FISH & GAME CONSERVATION ASSN., INC. MEMBER & GUEST RELEASE, WAIVER, INDEMNIFICATION, HOLD HARMLESS AND ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK AGREEMENT

In return for being given permission to use firearms, enter into and use the AAF&G premises and facilities, and for other good and valuable consideration, the Undersigned agrees to the following: (a) (to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Anne Arundel Fish & Game Association, and any of its volunteers, employees, directors, officers or agents (the "AAF&G"), from any and all fault, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, demands or lawsuits arising out of, related to or connected with: the discharge of firearms, the Undersigned 's participation in any course of instruction, or use of the AAF&G ranges, buildings, land and premises used for the course of instruction ( the "Premises"); or the Undersigned's presence on or use of said Premises; and (b) should any such claim, demand or lawsuit arise or be asserted in any way whatsoever related thereto, whether arising under the laws of Maryland, the United States or of any State, or under any theory of law or equity, the Undersigned will indemnify, hold harmless and defend AAF&G from any and all costs, expenses or liability including, but not limited to, the cost of any settlement or judgment made or rendered against AAF&G, whether individually or jointly, with the Undersigned, together with all costs of court and other costs or expenses incurred in connection with any such claim, demand or lawsuit, including attorney's fees. The Undersigned hereby expressly assumes the risk of entering the Premises and of taking part in activities on the Premises which include, but are not limited to, instruction in the use of firearms and hunting equipment, the discharge of firearms, the firing of live ammunition, maintenance of club facilities and social activities.   The Undersigned furthermore hereby acknowledges and agrees that he/she has read, understands and shall abide by all AAF&G range rules and procedures, which may be amended from time to time. The Undersigned also acknowledges and agrees that AAF&G’s Range Safety Officers will have broad authority to explain and enforce said range safety rules and procedures, and so agrees to abide by and assist, when possible, the efforts of said AAF&G’s Range Safety Officers to maintain adherence to said range safety rules and procedures.   The undersigned agrees that this instrument, upon execution, shall bind the Undersigned and his / her executors, administrators, assignees or heirs, and will be construed in accordance with the Maryland’s laws. The undersigned hereby (i) consents to personal jurisdiction, (ii) agrees to service of process by any reasonable means, and (iii) agrees to Maryland Courts as proper venue.
